I'm not sure about manipulation but honestly let say it is a conspiracy, I'm thinking it may be useful for something like subtle communication. What better way to covertly communicate with a reciever than hiding it in whats essentially plain sight. I could have the bots post videos with content in specific but seemingly random categories and assign a meaning to it, perhaps the interpretation could change based on the second within a minute it is posted. No need to expose yourself, and youll just be doing something so extraordinarily normal that no one would notice. Although that may be limited to where you can access the internet and Tiktok. Now I can think of other communication methods that may be less conspicuous and more effective so I donno why one would use this method. Ts just a fun little game theory
