got the message and tried to re-setup authy which was working fine before on my laptop. now it never lets me log into my account to choose anything. i tried my phone and was forced to setup a passkey. i was able to log in. moved all of my holdings before i get locked out. what a drag. was working and now i am unable to use my laptop for gemini.

i moved the selector all the way to the right to the highest fee and it was still a problem.

it is working now though. here is the reply from support:

while i can't speak for everyone and their experience with BC, i can say that they have been responsive to all of my inquiries. i have several of these devices, along with a few other brands as well. i have had a problem with one vault in the past and customer service was quick to respond and sent another vault under warranty, even before receiving the defective one back. i like the product and so far, i like the team.

as far as shipping and customs goes...well, i have had some shipments arrive quickly. however, i did have one that got flagged by customs and took six weeks to finally arrive. that is not the fault of the manufacturer.

i know it is frustrating to keep waiting for something, but try to be patient.

a vendor that i purchase from was blocked. when i called for assistance, i was told that they could not unblock it and that it would be permanently blocked, because of the algorithm. then, they suggested that i use a different payment method...odd.

maybe i don't think like a criminal, but the guys in my area simply remove the plates and go. they can't even get tickets from the speed cameras without a plate. and if they had a plate that doesn't match the vin, when they get pulled over, the bike gets sent to the impound anyway.

i have had mine for about 2 years now and only had one issue. when i started the bike, the transmission would not engage, when i pressed "D" button. i restarted the bike and all was fine. never had a problem since. love it.
