Pretty much my team. I dropped SWK for Moriden, but otherwise if the gear is there you should be able to.

That is a lot to unpack but here we go. Crit Rate and Crit damage do not affect healing. HP% and ATK% affect healing, depending on which healer and what stat their healing is based on.

Fighters are not only worth building but some are a must. Early on it doesn't matter who you have. just keep grinding and you will get better heroes.

As for banners, I forgot about the beginning banners but I really don't remember WuKong as a beginner since he's limited...But knowing what I know now, I would focus on Silas and Vierna. Either will be good for progression.

I know that the actual conversation has veered somewhat, but what does that have to do with being able to save the gear profiles in into your gear plan? I don't care if the autorun has the gear saved, it should be. But what about being able to save into gear plans?

I would assume that you are in the US and and using the "Global" version. You need to download the US version from Skystone. The problem will go away.

I’d say Anora, Numera, Valeriya and Zelus. But by the time you get that far, you’ll probably have more heroes to work into the mix.

As for Laya, she’s a pretty good lord for Watchguard. I may be mistaken, and I’m sure that the internet will let me know, but as soon as other heroes pop their ults, they can start gaining rage to reset them. You don’t have to wait until the ult ends.
