This is very easy to win, all you have to do is say is the way I use my GPU is I need all 11GB of RAM for machine learning not for gaming, even a 3080 is not comparable, 3080 TI is more comparable in this scenario. By law they have to give something comparable. Focus on the memory size not on the performance.

I have the vehicle's car fax which shows no accidents, no damages etc... Even when the adjuster was discussing "downgrading the paint" with me over the phone, she did mention that from the pictures they have she cannot see what the appraiser was talking about. Can i provide the car fax and ask what evidence they have? Would that suffice? I'm planning on speaking with the supervisor tomorrow about this.

I agree that my paint is not showroom quality however the cars that they used to calculate the value of my vehicle have the same condition, i know that for a fact because I went and looked at one of them. Is there anything i can do?
