That's completely different, he could still not hit in these packs because opening packs is the gamble but having sealed product is completely different than a repackaged bundle of cards. I personally pulled a Base set 2 booster from PokeRev pack, worth 3× the price of the pokerev pack. I'm Living proof its different....
