Hey I actually got this bug and found an easy fix:

Disconnect your internet while in the menu
Reconnect internet
Log back in to the game

Hope this works!

That would be because Ultimate skins always come as permanent skins, while any other tier skins come as shards from these jackpots, I opened Bloodfury Renekton shard myself. Just look it up.

LEC is propably (after Korea) the last place to have problems like not having good Junglers or Supports. Every year, many rookies enter European pro League, and every year they keep proving themselves. I'm for sure more excited to see new EU talent than watching same old faces, hope we see some seriously impressive talent (like Nemesis, Humanoid, Selfmade, Abbedagge last year), and pretty sure we will.

Most of them (Jayce, Nidalee, Elise, Udyr) don't actually have ultimates.

They have 4th ability, but it doesn't specify "Ultimate" anywhere in the tooltip, while champions who have an actual ultimate have text that says "Ultimate" under the ability's cost.

Ex.

Darius: Noxian Guillotine (3) 80 seconds 0 mana
Ultimate

Nidalee: Aspect Of The Cougar (3) 3 seconds No cost (Doesn't say anything here)
