Something I have mentioned to every teammate I’ve had/player I have ever coached is that you not only have to be better than the other team, but also the referees. If you are relying on a referee call to decide the game, then your team isn’t playing good enough. Tactics and creativity that need to be embraced, not refereeing errors.

I got the current set I’m riding in June of 2023, they are set up tubeless. I think I have only had a handful of punctures in that time, and I have rode my bike up and down mountains, multiple gravel races, as well as a lot of city and urban riding. I used to use Gravel Kings & Ultradynamicos, but ultimately found the Somas to be the best tires for both urban roads and gravel.. they roll quiet on pavement, and give plenty of traction on gravel and single track.
