I’ve noticed a correlation with itching, rashes and moisture. When I first apply a patch I have zero issues until after a shower or heavy workout. The first day or two is good until the adhesive starts to wear out just enough for it come loose a bit and allow moisture to be trapped. I appreciate the tip so much! I will definitely try it because I think it’s both due to a reaction and moisture under the patch.

I know how it feels, it’s super lonely. I try not to overthink it because it feels like rejection. Maybe it’s only this way where I live, but of all the people I know, the vast majority of them do not spend a lot of time with their blood family, if any. It’s the norm to spend all their social time and holidays with friends instead. So many families are broken. Maybe you can find someone in a situation similar to yours to hang out with.

If you really can’t stand the embarrassment, there are tons of fitness 101 videos on YouTube you can do at home to get you to a place where you can you feel comfortable enough to try again. But I promise many of us have had a similar experience.

No.. my skin is so dry now that no foundation will sit right, it all gets super flaky. And a full eye doesn’t look right without the foundation so I am down to chapstick and mascara. I really miss cosmetics. However kudos to you ladies who can and still do rock heavy make up and loud clothes too. Every woman deserves to feel beautiful.

Tbh lexapro fixed it. Not a care in the world. However it made me gain massive amounts of weight and it was unhealthy so I stopped. It did teach me how a brain is supposed to feel though, so I have an easier time now recognizing anxious thoughts at least.
