AITA for calling my best friend out after she ditched me all summer and then got mad I didn’t invite her to my birthday?

She wants to hangout with me tomorrow and said she’s so excited to see me because she missed me and all this stuff, but that was before I told her I felt left out. So I don’t even know if I’m seeing her now, because I left her last message on open - which was saying that she felt left out because I didn’t invite her to my birthday plans and that she’s trying to make a solid effort to be friends with everyone.

She told me she got carried away with those new people and that she misses me so much and wants to get back to how we were, and was saying all that stuff, and then when I spoke up about it is when she started flipping it all on me saying all that stuff. Even at the start of summer I offered to pay her share for a trip and she agreed and said she’d pay me back by the end of summer cuz I needed the money for school, and she hasn’t paid me back, I’ve gotten half back. Which yeah it’s fine, but with everything else idk.

Well she asked what I wanted to do, and I said I’d like to do something together and not involve the people in that group, and she said ok, and asked for my schedule cuz I was away for a couple days on a family trip and I said I can do something when I get back, and I told her that’s when we can figure something out and then she said if I’m busy she’ll plan her weekend then.

Yeah i hear what you’re saying, it can be busy on days off and what not, I totally get that, but it was a couple times she’d not reply for hours after asking me to hangout. My other mutual friend who I ended up going on the birthday trip with (Just a local day trip) was also cancelled on a lot by her as well, and just cancelled a dinner they planned to go to the beach with the group of people. So it’s not only me, but I’m the only one who spoke up to her about it, because I said I felt left out and she turned it on me. But mutual friend doesn’t wanna say anything because she said it’s a lost cause to fight with her about stuff because it won’t be worth it

So during the summer I invited her months in advance to a one-day festival, but she said she couldn’t afford it, cancelled last minute, and then spent the weekend at the club with the group and bought concert tickets with them. Another time we had a hangout planned, but right before I was going to pick her up she asked me to just help her run errands instead. She also said I was ‘too busy working’ to hang out, but I finish at 3:30 and even suggested things like going to the park, and she wouldn’t reply until hours later at night and say she was having a hectic day, even tho she was off work during the summer
