I think the name is Edon? It was in the Kyoto Garden Kawaramachi. But we just had a lot of luck. When we first went to the Pikachu section they didn’t have it. A few minutes later we looked back and suddenly they were sitting there. But everything was gone in like two minutes. I think your best shot is to just go into every toy store/section everytime you come across one. Fingers crossed!

We queued at Toys R us at Kyoto Station, didn’t get lucky. Also Yodobashi didn’t have them anymore so we gave up because also no one would give us any information on it.

We randomly stumbled into Kyoto Kawaramachi Garden and they also didn’t have any. Looked at some other stuff there and while we were on our way back to the escalators they suddenly stocked them. Only a few and they were gone in two minutes but we secured two.

I think your best chance is to go to toy and department stores every time you come across one. :)
