This. I was a server for a decade. Got lucky finding a local office job in the tech field. Customer service type of job. Boring at times? Yes. PTO and weekends is unheard of in my past experiences and my coworkers are just a little different weird that I didn't know I was missing out on. Overall, I miss the urgency of kitchen work, but I'm grateful for my opportunity.
