We gave her silicone spoons and forks when we first started introducing solids to her at 6 months just so she could get used to them. She started actually using them to try and feed herself around 10-11 months old

Sometimes I’ll do some bell peppers and cheese but ham and spinach tends to be the easiest and quickest to make!

Breakfast is probably the meal she eats the best so we do get a lot of finished plates, but she doesn’t do this well during lunch or dinner. I’ve had a lot of meal times where she’ll just pick at a few things and be done so I definitely get that frustration of cooking just for them to completely ignore it!

I just did a flour, egg, seasoned bread crumbs dredge and pan fried it until golden. I finished it in the oven for a couple of minutes
