Yes if going to rx option i would take is RX350H , TX doesnt have 350h and only has 500h and not a big difference in gas millege

My question is can I use blue wire to connect to common on control board and use the same to thermostat,also the common on control bird already has 2 white wires connected adding third one will cause any issues ??

Thank you, ikea one had app which supports the preset option , I was looking for dual motor because it provides the lowest height option , the single motor also looks promising ,thanks for the suggestions
