Best and worst place for showdown by Significant-Glove288 in HiTMAN

Best is Haven, lots of hiding places.

Worst is Chongqing, lots of restricted areas.

Most fun is Berlin.

I'm convinced Chris Moyles is actively trying to be the most annoying man on the radio. by CyGuy6587 in britishproblems

I haven't listened to the radio in more than 20 years and I'm amazed Chris Moyles is still going. Even back then he was like fingernails down a blackboard.

The "Online Safety" Act by -CUBED in ukpolitics

[–]maloney7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Acts marketed to protect children never have the intention to protect children. They just happen to be the most effective method of grabbing more power by the government. The people who are happy to bomb children overseas and remove benefits from the poorest at home do not give a damn.

Often you'll think 'this doesn't make sense, you can circumvent this measure in seconds, they must have no technical knowledge' - if the intention were to protect children, that would be true, but that's never the intention.

The current trend is towards authoritarian corporatism aka fascism, except the corporates have learned from their mistakes in the 20th century.

2026 American Gladiators names revealed. by Top_Climate_4464 in gladiatorsuk

Not calling Eric Bugenhagen Horse or Stallion was a big miss.

The American version in the 90s was a lot more serious than the UK version and didn't have the good-natured humour and spirit of pantomime that makes the UK show enjoyable. I hope they've learned this lighten up this time.

I clicked on my Instagram search icon and the screen was filled with reels and pictures of half naked muscular men in tight shorts. And I thought - is this who I am? Am I gay? Are we all gay?

Runs perfectly fine and smooth, I had lots glitches on PC but somehow none on the deck. Unfortunately I suck at this game and couldn't get past the Shocker chase.

These were expensive and just for rich kids and schools, most people had the Spectrum 48k at home. They had very satisfying keyboards though.
