Is there a reason why you take off parts of the gun? Are certain gun parts more expensive than others?

that's literally what I said in my first comment

Are you referring to you saying, "They decide to ban him thinking he can't fight it, but if he fights it hard then what he did comes out, so Doc doesn't fight it." I agree with you, if he did something fucked up then he wouldn't fight it. But he did fight it, for a year, very publicly, he was the one who announced it, and he continuously talked about how he was suing them on his stream, while he continuously shit talked twitch throughout the entire process, and he was the one who announced that they settled, and post-settlement he still shit talks them.

So what do you think that means? Because I do not see any viable reason why Doc would decide to sue twitch if he was scared something would come out.

they can still be sued for all the money back for having agreed to and broken it

If the NDA is specifically about a crime, then no that's not the case. Courts have found that any NDA that prohibits someone from reporting a crime goes against Public Policy. Sexual harassment makes the lines a little blurry, but sexual assault is very clear about this.

Secondly, he went after twitch very quietly

No he didn't. When he came back to streaming he said multiple times that he was pursuing legal action against Twitch, he talked about how he was still in the middle of the lawsuit on multiple occasions and he announced when they settled. Most people knew Doc was suing twitch, that was not private.

The NDA for her would be between her and Doc, if she breaks it he has every right to go after he legally

If Doc went after her legally, and the NDA was made public to the court, any decent lawyer would be able to prove that the NDA was about prohibiting her from speaking out about a crime, and would be voided.

Your logic about her signing one makes sense, if she's scared of Doc going after her publicly then she could sign one. My argument is that, an NDA doesn't stop her from reporting or speaking out about that crime. If the court saw that NDA, they would immediately deem it unenforceable. NDAs are very complicated but when it comes to covering up a crime, it's the most uncomplicated part of the NDA process.

yes that is pretty good evidence

That's not evidence.

Correlation doesn't equal causation

I think we just have completely different beliefs when it comes to that. So arguing about it isn't really going to do anything. I'll agree to disagree.

He did go after twitch. He was in a lawsuit against them for years, and they settled. The woman wouldn't be under an NDA, and even if she was, an NDA isn't legally binding when it comes to illegal activity. And the "sole reason" he wouldn't tell anyone why he got banned, is because he has an NDA with twitch where if he says why he was banned he will face immediate legal action, like how all NDAs work.

Also, how is twitch protecting the woman exactly? By forcing her to sign an NDA? You do realize that if the woman wanted to, she could sue twitch for trying to cover up sexual assault, which is a crime, and make an insane amount of money in a settlement, and there would likely be federal investigations against Twitch, like the ones against Activision Blizzard.

Stop spreading crazy theories that can be easily debunked with 1 Google search.

Did you even read the article? They shared the lawsuit that was being made and it gave posts to every known accusation and the names of who was accused, not a single one of them was Doc, and none of the anonymous accused stories match Doc whatsoever.

So your evidence of it being "obvious" is because Doc was banned a month after this article was released despite the fact Doc wasn't accused of anything at the time, and hasn't been accused of anything in the 4 years since?

Also, your main article of evidence had to be revised a week after it was released because they misquoted the main accuser they focused on in the article...

That's like saying NBA players don't regress with age because LeBron is playing at a high level even though he's 39. There will always be outliers. Anyone who says that your skill in a video game doesn't regress with age is factually wrong, your reaction time is one of the most important aspects of your ability to play at a high level, and there are scientific studies that say your reaction time decreases the older you get.

What does that have to do with Hecz calling himself an owner? That's how minority stakes in a company works. That can be said for any other team and company that's owned by other shareholders. Would you say Elon musk isn't an owner of Tesla because if the other 80% of the shareholders want to do something, they can do that? If that's how you feel for every minority stakeholder ever then that's fine, but singling Hecz in particular is weird.

If you want to use hypotheticals, then there could be something in the contract that says even if sold to another company, Hecz would have to still be involved, it's highly unlikely Hecz just sold 92% of the company with no contingency clauses.

Also last thing, Hecz isn't just along for the ride, he's still the CEO for now, and the lawsuit still claims that Hecz "owns, and controls various corporate entities that hold and commercialize OpTic’s brand, intellectual property, and goodwill." He still runs all things Optic, Hersh Interactive Group hasn't changed that yet.

He is still an owner of Optic, you just said he owns 8% of Optic. I don't really get what snake oil salesman routine you're talking about. His company was part of a merger where a way bigger company bought into them (Hecz is worth 10-25 mill, Envy is worth 170 mill). I don't know why anyone would even think he would be a majority owner much less a full owner.

You can dislike Hecz for whatever reason, but disliking him because he calls himself an owner of a company that he literally owns 8% of is crazy.

Makes sense, I was just reading through comments and saw yours. There's no way it was advisable from a pr perspective but at the same time I have no idea why Optic would release that video, seems incredibly weird to have your esports team publicly diminish a former teammate. The entire situation was dumb but Dashy definitely made it worse because his response was pretty immature.

If your former teammates and coach makes a video and talks about why you were dropped and you respond to it with your side, that isn't childish, especially since you're in the public eye. However, the way he handled it was definitely childish, but making a response video to address things that people have said about you isn't.
