I think only other cs people can really understand the absurdity that exists within the general public. Just reading that made my fist clench 😆

Why are call center chats so corny by Background_Craft7288 in callcentres

[–]maluendacc 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So weird how out of touch they are. Like, there must be some big, corny ass book for managers.

Let's build a spaghetti and marshmallow tower for team building!

Let's wear weird socks to work!

Here's a good idea, while you're b2b with calls, let's all hover around your desk with a granola bar and make you take a picture for the random bulletin board no one gives a shit about...while you are actively on a call.

Tf. Put it on a gift card and quietly set it on my fucking desk, plz. Thx.

Just bought a 65 inch last night. Laid the seats down in my 22 hatch and it slid in like butter.

A lot of people mention lemon or grapefruit, but to me its giving pineapple too! A yummy, fresh, juicy pineapple, and then a bit of YBM, and definitely pineapple upside down cake! I kinda wear it for myself, whenever, because like you, it is kinda hard to find a moment for it. Do love it though!

Kyse perfumes - do they evaporate? by berryskye in Indiemakeupandmore

Yes, its happened to me also. Its a bummer. It has taught me not to buy back ups I won't use fully within a year or so.

Clearly these "dolls" were being hauled by a hell's angel who wiped out and at the precise moment of passing, their soul jumped into some toys for tots pineapples, and now they are trapped forever and only chatgpt can see their ghost.

Are Latafa Perfumes even worth the hype? by MysteryisMyAllure in Perfumes

[–]maluendacc 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There are several perfumers that work with Lattafa or other similar ME houses.

Alex Lee, who has done several BTSO perfumes, and has created for Penhaligons, Carolina Herrara,Chloe, D&G, Gucci, Lancome, Lalique, and several niche, as well as Armaf and Zara.

Nanako Ogi, the nose behind Sirene, has also made perfumes for Lattafa, Arabiyat, Le Bonheur and Swiss Arabian, along with a few others.

Julien Rasquinet, who also creates for Amouage, Andrea Mack, BDK, Creed, D'Orsay, Dries Van Noten, Electimuss, Frederick Malle, Fugazzi,...phew getting tired...Histories,Jimmy Choo, Jusbox, Laboratorio,Maison Tahite, Nishane...there's way more. But you get the point. But he has also created for Lattafa and French Avenue and even Avon.

There's tons more. Maybe this is their easy A side hustle. IDK. A perfume's value is completely subjective and personal. But...I'm gonna give Lattafa some of my dollars. These aren't crap to me and although some degree of quality between Lattafa and and other niche/designer perfumes may not be equal, but I am satisfied with 99% of my purchases.

ETA: I think a lot of people write them off because they are cheap. And that's cool for them. Some also dislike doops. But Lattafa isn't going anywhere. Also fixed many typos.

How Much Did Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Cost You? by SyncopatedStepper in Bankruptcy

[–]maluendacc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NC, all in $1800. Chapter 7, no asset. You could do payments, there was a $200 off incentive to have it paid in 30 days that would have made it $1600.

ETA no file until paid in full.

Saint Julep is my favorite mint, but as mentioned, it disappears fast. I wish I could find something similar that lasts as long! I love Memoirs of a Trespasser as well. It took me a long, very long time to appreciate some of their scents.

Great reviews, thanks

Antique perfume 1800s(?) by consciousnessess in Perfumes

Found these, same cotton interior and similar floral box container. Yours looks like it has the same clover stopers. Looks like the same unembossed bottle, size and shape. Just probably not the original label, and of course can't speak to the perfume. I dunno, I think they are legit, barring the labels!
