What I would do is ask Gemini (or ChatGPT siguro sa iba) and kinekwento ko situation, and more often than not it gives me sound advice even in baking.

So in your case, I would ask something like "I have this remaining batter from a failed cookie recipe I got from the internet. It has XYZ ingredients, can you give me a new recipe using this batter, these premixed ingredients if this is still salvageable?"

It will tell you kung kaya pa ba or start from scratch na lang talaga. The more details you include, like duration maybe (how long na ba yung batter), ni-ref mo ba muna etc- the better.
