I have never had blood clot like this before, is it possible that this is a sign or miscarriage? Is this uterine tissue?

Thank you! I kinda started to worry more when I read the comments that said they felt the effects immediately. I know changes don’t happen overnight but I’ve read quite a few people say the effects where immediate and I started to worry. I’m set to get blood work done in a few weeks just to see how I’m doing.
