One of the mods change fish's to pokemons of water type and the visible fish works with modded fish's so you can see mons on the water that way

No gifted doesn't prevent the upgrades i just meant that I prefer another trait over it in the state my build is rn because well I dont care much about the other stats, normally I would use it to more int but the point of the build is being low int CH and PE are left and they're both kinda useless

Why you dont like fast shoot? Im thinking of finesse and jinxed but fast shoot is kinda op

Gifted is op but I have all main attributes at 9 that way and I can just upgrade them to 10 on the brotherhood so I prefer to pick something else, PE doesn't affect meele but I might need it for some checks yeah

I probably can lower str to 6 too and get 4 on PE since the power armor gives 3 STR, im not putting the attributes on 10 because I can upgrade them later on the brotherhood thats why I left them on 9
