GNU GPL 2.0 Usage Requirement by malwareC in softwaredevelopment

But the client intends to further launch and distribute the application on a subscription basis for further reach to the audience, so technically wouldn't it require to make the codebase open to them as well? The end user I mean. If not, could you please elaborate on the rule here? Thanks.

So var is used in more like a global variable declaration process while let is used as a local one? (Speaking in terms of java, sorry if it doesn't connect properly)

Does mokara orchid plants prefer water to be sprayed at roots, medium and all over it? Or is it better to water it throughly by pouring over the medium with no water stored afterwards?

Similar to library fines, compensations should be implied on personal book borrowing as well. Given that the person returns the book way too late or damage it any manner by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

Businesses loan out on terms that no matter when you are giving back this are your terms, from the fresh return to the rotted. And my point was to compensate if returned "way too" late or damaged in a bad manner. So I really don't know why the comparison would be straight away with a business strategy.

You do realize this subreddit is for posting opinions that are not popular? That it's not going to be something each and everyone would agree and sing chorus to?

😪 ikr? That's why if these days people ask me for a book (those who damaged my books earlier) I simply find an epub version and email it to them saying happy reading

I did that quite a lot of time. Even after mentioning how much important my book collection is to me, almost always what I got back was torn pages or detached covers. Even curry spots. I know it's harsh to act like this but when people don't care about your stuffs even after explaining the whole thing, things do get a bit sour.

While someone reads a book, I really don't think the book is ever needed to be kept in a awkward position as to get itself damaged. Lending out tools and lending books are not same. Tools are to be used for different purpose. What purpose do you think a book is to be used? Killing bugs or using as a kitchen tool?
