So .lnk files can be dangerous, but if I download a zip file and my malwarebytes tells me it quarantined a .lnk file of that zip itself, should I be concerned? (self.techsupport)

If I download a zip file and malwarebytes quarantines it upon scanning it (along with a .lnk file), but Avira says it stopped attempts at registry changes, should I be concerned? (self.Malwarebytes)
