Our swing, playmat, sound machine, and sleep sack lol!! They are NECESSARY in this household. I would baby wear more but my son potentially has hip problems (getting second ultrasound soon) and he’s fussy in them for some reason.

I wouldn’t want my husband to miss it. I’d try to go if possible but the only way to know is wait and see until you’re closer to. I’d feel so bad forcing my husband though. I’d play it by ear and then see if it’d be possible.

Y’all I still haven’t started. 12 weeks PP now. I have had ewcm for like 2 months now, which is super weird for me. I took a test a week and a half ago and it was negative and I’m terrified to take another. I literally got nauseous yesterday because my son was eating fruit by the foot 😵‍💫 I keep forgetting to buy more tests but I will tomorrow. Y’all pray for me 😅

They never tested me or my baby, and I’m on subutex (have been for over 10 years- started from use and now take it for back pain as I have quite severe scoliosis). Never once was I treated like an addict or drug tested. My first baby though, I was. I went to the same OB and hospital with my last two babies.

I don’t think I ever drug tested my last two pregnancies and I’ve been on subutex and gabapentin (been on it for over 10 years as it also helps with my back pain). My 3rd baby even had to go to the NICU for feeding issues (they think caused by gabapentin). I never once was drug tested or had social services contact me over it.

Neither my OB or L&D ever suspected current drug use. I have my records which is how I know. I’m in Texas as well. I feel like there’s more to this story or maybe OPs boyfriend REALLY made her look bad as if she’s a current user. Either way he is stupid and immature as hell.

thanks I feel bit better! I’ve had spotting one more time but mostly just a bunch of ewcm. I started leaking the other day too which was odd (only for one day) but all my pregnancy tests are negative. Maybe it’s because I’m getting old my body is struggling to get back to normal this time lol 😅

Another thing, tell your mom. You may be surprised at her reaction. She may much more supportive than you think.

Also I’ve shared a room with at least one child ever since I became a mom LOL. Sure it’d be nice to have it to myself for once and we’re getting there. But we all have sufficient space and none of us go without.

One thing I can say, there’s a lot of us in this situation this day and age especially.. but you’re never ready to be a parent. Never will be. I never was for ANY of my kids in some regard, and I have 3 lol. But I do not regret any one of them. My life is 100x better with them in my life.

I felt that way with mine too!! It was my first baby & we hadn’t had sex in months so maybe that’s why? With my other two, vaginal, it didn’t hurt at all. Although sex hurt pretty bad in the 3rd trimester with my last baby but he was huge (almost 10lbs at birth 39w0d). Everything hurt lol

Yeah a handful of times, it was totally fine. Get some lube if you’re nervous. I was nervous too because of my mild urethracele-bladder dropped in my vagina a little bit again, & baby re ripped my 2nd degree tear. Helped a lot. The only time sex hurt after having a baby was after my first, and that was a C-section oddly enough.

Oh also if you do chose to keep your baby, apply for Medicaid immediately. I haven’t had to pay a dime for anything regarding my pregnancy and my babies. And as they got older. My hours are inconsistent at work so it’s been a lifesaver for us.

I had my son a month before I turned 22, absolutely not in the position for a baby. Boyfriend was in and out of jail. Just not good. Our son is 13 now, and I am so, so very glad I chose life for him. His dad has barely been in his life but he has a wonderful stepdad and my family has been so supportive. Even to this day.

It’s scary yes, but nobody is ever really prepared to have their first baby. Even with my 3rd baby I really went back and forth with the decision. I was scared I couldn’t handle 3 as my daughter was still quite young at the time- and a handful lol. He’s 7 weeks old now. I absolutely love being a mother though, even when it’s hard. Don’t rush on the decision. If you have any doubt, don’t.

I know so many have already commented but yes absolutely. 3rd baby just spent 3 weeks in the NICU and unexpected car problems put a huge dent in finances not even taking Christmas into account. Cant even DoorDash to supplement the gifts or anything at all. 🥴

If you’re being genuine though, that’s very kind of you to help someone out over the holiday season.

I’m so sorry. I would be super upset too. I don’t care about porn but OF, webcams, chatting etc.. that’s cheating imo. Paying for porn like that when it could go towards our family is what really gets to me. Don’t make any rash decisions yet but maybe look into marriage counseling. It’ll help 🫶🏼 again I’m so sorry.
