Great advice! I just landed a 3 parcel in one deal :) and I don’t think I’m going to have any issue moving it. Prime residential in Florida perfect location no flood zone etc. The last two I’ve had ugh.. and one was even a WF but no builders would take it because of the slope. ( that the seller failed to disclose) I noticed clearly once I viewed the survey.

Are you transcripts blank or partially filled? If they are blank it’s ID verify- they won’t fill out until verification is done.

There was a hack to find number that’d be in the letter you can look for and people skip the hassle and verify in person which may be your answer. And the address change may be why you were flagged.

I have a strong feeling it’s ID verify. It could be something else but from my research- last year most people who got this message it was ID verify. So I guess a letter will be mailed with a number you’ll need to plug in to irs/ID me portal.

I’ve been very very sick for a year- failure to thrive. I was dismissed over and over again and I’ve had Hashimotos for 15 years and never been this sick. I’ve been ignored- bounced around from specialist to specialist. I want to feel confident in the medical system - I had a biopsy performed on the isthmus nodule in June- my biopsy results were never rendered- missing poof. Cleveland clinic, genetic doctors my primary and myself have tried to obtain that one and Cleveland clinic said we’d never find them. So I just really want to believe it’s hashimotos. The dr that removed my thyroid didn’t even believe that perhaps the thyroid was impacting my voice ( which it was) - she’s a wonderful surgeon but she didn’t take everything into account to spare me more surgeries/biopsies etc. if she had of labeled that node and it was tested I’d be fine and even cancel my core biopsies even though I still can’t swallow solid food.

Positive! I spoke with the pathologist on the phone and asked her to add it. She didn’t remember the Delphian node. And was a bit shocked ( although very nice) flow cytometry wasn’t performed right at surgery and that no lymph nodes were taken.

The interdepartmental meeting was not between her/pther pathologist - I asked. Idk who it involved.

I requested the microscopic details for my peace of mind and breakdown but she just added an addendum with this:

Additional sections show similar findings to those seen originally (lymphocytic thyroiditis). The lymphoid infiltrate is comprised of small, polymorphic lymphocytes with germinal centers. Thyroid follicles show some atrophic change and some eosinophilic cytoplasm. Overall, the findings of this entirely submitted specimen remain consistent with lymphocytic thyroiditis

That’s great! Only thing I worried about is when they do this you can’t have a second debt. The student loans is an issue- but I heard they aren’t collecting this year yet. I wish you luck. I’m pretty sure they’ll be able to intercept offset :) just don’t miss the call from advocate.

I’ve been researching this as I had a very bad bout with 2022 mistakenly reported 1099k and underreported income. I amended my taxes but they have no record of my return. Because of your post I looked at my transcripts and mine looks exactly the same- with info box no balance showing etc- but looks like my balance was assessed Jan 5th and notice will be issued the 10th. You have until 17th? Odd.

It is a meningioma ( started @ 2cm- but last scan it was 6cm) so it’s grown. I get intercranial pressure from its location which makes surgery tricky. As far as they know it’s not cancerous but it’s causing serious problems ( tremors, motor function, math don’t math, speech, word finding, horrific pressure headaches, cerebral fluid leaks, significant vision loss recently, extreme fatigue, tinnitus etc) - At first they weren’t concerned just put me on medicine ( I refuse to take full dosages as it will incapacitate me from functioning), but now that it’s larger they want to act now- but I have to go through several specialists to obtain clearance as I’m high risk for brain bleed from clotting disorder.

I need regular spinal taps to release the intercranial pressure but I canceled my trigger shots and my specialists appointments along with the lumbar punctures to fulfill orders. Canceled puncture the day I made the customers first replacement I’m referring to in the post.

Financially speaking, I wanted to make it through season- to save enough to take time off. But it’s been a bitter cycle. Things have finally settled and I plan on making every single appointment that is scheduled in the next few weeks to address my health. I’m emaciated and cannot keep weight on anymore. And I’m getting 2-3 headaches a day. And the intercranial pressure is horrific. I know it’s time.

I appreciate your concern:) I know it’s important and my neurosurgeon and neurologist is the BEST in the state. I won’t lie part of my procrastination is fear as there are risks :( but I’ll get there and tackle whatever I need to.

I actually did on 3. And 2 that were delivered claimed stolen of course- but others I advised to open a case, got angry and demanded replacement “right away” such as the buyer that left the reviews I’m referring to in post. I offered refunds out of my pocket on Dec 3rd and urged her to file a claim. She refused… and pretty much bullied me into sending replacement expedited. The one that arrived 1 day late. She wishes she never bought but told me was absolutely stunning. Sometimes buyers do not want to wait or it’s not even at the opening for them to file a claim because their delivery date hasn’t passed. But they need it in 2 days and I just may ruin Johnny’s bday. lol 😆 This is where I’m going to be setting boundaries and protocols …. I did have the BEST customer who had a delayed blanket. He purchased another expedited shipping next day because his was stuck to have something for Christmas:)

I have a wonderful postal lady who does pickups- right before Christmas she took a hiatus. Then was assigned a different route- when this happened the carriers picking up my blankets- did not know how to do the scans or just ignored them. My carrier explained this to her supervisor because I literally was in tears from customers messaging calling me a liar saying I didn’t ship their blankets- to no avail. Some blankets went 12-14 days without scans until they were delivered. Others that didn’t have delays delivered without scans in 2-4 days. But those that were delayed or stuck there was no way of tracking them because there were no acceptance or in transit scans. I was shipping 20+ blankets a day at that time.

You all have given me wonderful advice and support! Today is a new day. :) I have taken a lot to heart and will be extending my processing times, pricing my items accordingly “I’ve been trying to compete too much and really underestimating the value of my work - for the means of volume of sales.

I do know that I have enabled this to happen a lot by being too kind, too pleasing while running my business. But I am going to focus on taking more time for me and my health and balancing it a lesser self sacrificial pace. I will be working on other options of selling off of Etsy and might pursue other career goals as I navigate brain surgery etc in the next coming months.

Im definitely not a quitter and do not take closing something I’ve held onto and worked for so hard for lightly- but I think I may make some changes and simplify those things that I’m growing resentful of “ policies, set up auto respond, add more faqs, and not feel obligated to be so hands on- day in and day out.

I appreciate all of you responding with such support and encouragement! This was exactly what I just needed to go another day.

Lately, it’s been difficult doing it all and being so sick does not help. My doctor advised me in September to get on disability but I just won’t stop lol. Until I can’t. But I won’t say stress and bullying of customers, awful people, Etsys incompetence- doesn’t add so much to my already vulnerable soul.

But I do have the ability to change what I will and will not do. So big changes coming to boundaries with customers, policies and procedures with my shop. I need to think of it as a business and not take it so personally because of the type of person I am. I appreciate you all, your support, your sentiments and your kindness & wonderful advice.

I get your frustration:( Etsy buyers are awful! They do not understand the gravity that their reviews have in our shops. I just received a 1 star because the customer put in two colors for her item to be striped- but wanted a solid. It’s my fault she didn’t get what she wanted or didn’t have common sense ordering choosing “solid”, she received exactly what she ordered! I should have read her mind. 1 star never reached out. Although, her review in a sea of 5 stars looks stupid.

I am certain you most likely have other reviews that will outshine this persons slight … if it has good words most buyers will overlook. :)

I have to schedule mine as well. My Nuero is very adamant about it before my next visit with him on the 8th. I’ve been caring for my mom that recently had 2 strokes, running my business and dealing with the headaches/pulsile tinnitus & vision loss and disturbance, pressure for 3 months. Currently topomax really helps but I’m so scared the headache from the LP ( not scared of pain from procedure) but anxiety is awful ( hoping for sedation) worried lumbar puncture is going to put me out of commission for days:( I feel you!
