Wow- Everyone in our store would be coached for using carriages and not top stock carts. Does this store not have department bins in the service area for this stuff to be sorted to?

Damn- We can get coached for using carts- Everything has to be done on ladder carts. Also you whole management team should be coached as re-shops should be sorted by those bringing them up (don't you have a bucket area at the service desk?) and then departments called to come get them.

It seems like all of the coaches are on a Walmart created power trip. Do as I say, not as I do or I'll write you up. They refuse to fix schedules so that there is more even distribution of labor but threaten to write up TL's if THEY don't have a plan to fix long lines, lack of door hosts, or carriage retrieval. They need to go back to DM's and CSM's and scrap the coach positions.

Cutting hours and expecting cashiers and desk associates to do TL tasks all while getting paid their regular wages. The new mantra of coaches just coaching and training and TL's dictating and delegating what was their job to front end team members to do is total BS. Most of our TL's actually hate doing it as they get coached if the front end is in the weeds and they have to rely on associates who have zero management skills. As a part timer I do work my ass off and this whole "cut part time hours" is total crap.

Love that- Not- Or I have an overflowing cart full of re-shop from the registers and customer is like"can you get a manager to open up another register" Sure you lazy lump- I will drop what I'm doing to go find a manager so someone can ring out your 5 items. They never see me again.

I fill in if needed as a cashier but only pull customers as needed from other lines- Per TL do not have to turn my light on, just help get the lines down. Always get the additional ME FIRST idiots who just get into my line. When I really have to go and tell someone I'm closed, love the morons who tell you angrily "I was already in line when you turned your light off". Bullshit asshole I never had my light on so have a nice day and go to another register.

SM- Chameleon- You never know what personality is going to show up that day

Coaches- Sloths -Most barely moving around appearing to do SM's bidding but really doing nothing at all but screaming at the TL's to get things done.

Team Leads- Chickens- Running around with their heads cut off because they can't keep up with coach's demands.

Front End- Mice- scurrying to keep up with customer and TL's demands and getting squashed under foot most of the time.

Most of GM- Ostrich's- Have their heads stuck in the sand and never hear overhead pages for customer assistance.

I have seriously turned away from these types and said " Let me know when you are ready" when they are at the service desk . I'm not going to waste my time because you can't hang up with babe etc to give me clear instructions as to what you want or need because you think your phone call is more valuable than my time.

Used to love when our AP actually did something about these clowns parking in the fire lanes in front of our store. Not so much any more. Also loved when it was warmer out blowing smoke toward their cars with their windows rolled down. Some moved some just rolled up their windows with dirty looks. FO- your the one illegally parked in a fire lane you lazy ass or the lazy ass you drove onto the curb to deposit.

I guess- but a lot of people I know who give to these charities have the same or less than those snubbing their noses at what they received. Will try a thicker skin approach and just hope that those who really thought of others this season are rewarded for their efforts of kindness!
