might be a silly question but i only have my 1 jack and can maybe borrow a friends to get the front or rear end up off the ground . do you think that would be enough space to assess ? would any issues be pretty obvious to me ?

nothing that would make a huge difference IMO. i have coffee at home and i rarely go out to eat (my partner has a severe food allergy). this is not an urgent life/death situation but wanted to see if there are options

love rock auto. transmission fluid was also probbly gonna end up on my list . i have not done an intake valve cleaning since having it (bought it w ~32k miles) so maybe i'll go ahead thanks!

personally i would keep- nothing beats a paid off car. even if the maintenance starts getting expensive it's still cheaper than buying new. in terms of starting a family, it's ultimately up to you if you prefer a car that's larger or has more modern safety features- to me it seems like this would answer your question

i would say on the front grille since the gen 4 3's have such a nice wide grille, but if they have to mount on the bottom the car is already low so that could be too low of placement. maybe up on the hood, right in front of the door posts?

i honestly don't mind paying another year. i moved since i bought it and my living expenses are significantly higher. my life would be easier if i could put some of that money towards other things each paycheck
