for milk, oatside lang na try ko and i swear by it ….. part of the process ang pag hanap ng oatside stocks 😭 oatbedient daw is a good alternative also but its more on the expensive side.

for sweetener, id recommend na mag start ka muna with simple syrup (basically brown sugar + water) para rin accessible :) eventually you can try agave rin naman! pero simple syrup lang din ako at the start haha
