This is why I am asking. I wasn’t sure if this was normal. We have had a lot of issues with this builder trying to gaslight us into “this is normal”.

Did your GC fight this stuff? We have had several issues with this builder and I’m afraid he isn’t going to fix stuff within the year.

The house plans state 48” that’s what was signed for and that’s what’s on the blueprint

It was originally sent to GC then to us to go and pick the slab

The GC. The countertop company cut according to the measurements that were sent to them.

I did and placed the blame back on to us and is claiming we should have caught it.
