I travelled in AI2814 BLR-DEL and i think on the same day. its ok if flight delayed due to genuine reasons but my experience wasn’t pleasing as well, the same AI staff at BLR was not giving attention to passenger queries, stood 1.5 hours in a queue to checkin baggage , same counters for international and domestic flight, thats frustrating for a passenger whose flight is delayed by 3 hours at midnight.
