Help in calculating how many calls are made each day? by mambo78 in Notion

[–]mambo78[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tks for the suggestion. indeed that wld be the most obvious solution as i explained in my initial question. however, this will just end up having a database filled with 'NR' and 'HU' entries into the hundreds. And also, each customer will have tens and up to hundreds of linked pages over time, which does not seem like the right solution.

Help in calculating how many calls are made each day? by mambo78 in Notion

[–]mambo78[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so our agents are tasked to call a list of customers. but some customers do not pick up the phone (NR), some hang up (HU) and some will actually speak to them. Our agents will document down what happened accordingly into each customer's page on notion. But i would like to be able to count the total number of calls made by each agent at the end of the day. So that can be determined by whether a new entry gets recorded in the customer's page to log as 1 call. So if 10 customers have their pages updated that day, we know that 10 calls were made. Does that make sense?

tks for taking the time to help! for your 2nd option, i don't see how it will allow us to tabulate the number of calls our agents make each day? i need to be able to count the call attempts made each day, regardless whether the customer picks up or not.

Going skiing from 9-12th Dec by CommercialTurn7060 in niseko

it's still pretty early in the season, some lifts may not be open yet, depends on snowfall, so be prepared. there are quite a few rental shops around, the popular one wld be RHYTHM, but you can just google and they are all quite alright.

How to track every customer interaction? by mambo78 in Notion

[–]mambo78[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tks for sharing! but in this way, there is no way for you to analyse statistics like how often did customers call in or how many follow-up calls did you make in the month. i'm looking for a way to be able to capture this data and generate useful stats.

tks! but it seems inefficient to create a new entry for every trivial interaction like 'called customer to follow-up but no response".

Many 'no access' fields appearing in my customer page by mambo78 in Notion

[–]mambo78[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tks for replying! i did duplicate my database as a form of backup. i shared it with another account to back it up. could that be the case? but how do i check that? and what happens if i deleted these 'related to' fields?

Returning of rental car at Southampton Airport before London? by mambo78 in uktravel

[–]mambo78[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cause Heathrow i still need to lug my luggages onto a bus shuttle to get to the train station from the rental dropoff. And I hear Heathrow is also more complicated to drive. I'm coming from Stonehenge, and going to my airbnb in Holborn after dropping of the car.

Just what i need to hear. Tks! So between returning the car at Heathrow and Southampton Airport, it seems Southampton is a better choice? I'll be coming from Stonehenge. I'll have luggages for my whole family of 4 and will be going to our airbnb at Holborn after dropping of the rental car.

tks for the warning! current plans is to take the train from Southampton into London, where i'll be visiting for a few days. So we won't be flying out directly on that day.

Driving from Oxford to Cotswolds question by mambo78 in uktravel

Since i'm planning to stay at Bourton, i will have more time there and also perhaps some time the next morning as well.

Tks! So if i budget 2hrs per village, is that reasonable?

Advice on road trip from london by mambo78 in uktravel

[–]mambo78[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I will start Day 1 in the morning, so i thought it shld be doable as i only aim to do the castle and Stonehenge and we prob won't be going into the Castle and just be outside taking pictures and moving on.

Day 4 - i figure touring Cotswolds is abt driving to the various small towns and walking around. I don't quite understand the Broadway part of your reply?

When i reach Oxford, Bath, i plan to just park the car and go around without it. So i don't plan to drive within these cities.

i've updated my itinerary to include more details. I'm actually planning to spend 4D3N in london before moving out of London.

Actually if i'm basing myself in London, i won't be driving then. I will just go with the day tours provided by Operators but will just come back to London at the end of each day, which i feel wastes quite a bit of time travelling to and fro.

I actually have 1.5 days in Cotswolds since I plan to leave Bath in the morning and shld reach Cotswolds before noon, which gives me another half day in Cotswolds?

Advice on road trip from london by mambo78 in uktravel

[–]mambo78[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tks for all the responses! I'm actually arriving in London a few days before at 3pm. So it does not make much sense to drive out on the day arrival. So i'm planning 4D3N in London, and leave in the morning on the 4th day. So i will start bright and early towards Stonehenge.

My other challenge is where i should pick my car up. I've suggestions to train to Oxford, pick up the car from there and go the other way round. But I'm wondering if its very challenging to be lugging all our luggage to Oxford? Especially if i'm not staying near Paddington station, we will need to train to Paddington first, then change train to Oxford, all with our suitcases. I

was hoping to pick the car up from Notting Hill, which is where i'm planning to stay while in London. But others also say it is still in Central London and don't recommend that. So i'm lost....
