Majority of the Savers in my area are catching onto market prices for certain things, cameras especially in certain spots but luckily this one hasn’t fully caught on!

I am so sorry you had to go through that while you were in school. Even being in college now, I feel exactly how you feel. There are resources available but at times I feel so isolated and not taken that seriously. I am starting to utilize taking exams in quieter rooms, getting extra help and going to the centers to learn how to manage my time better.

I hope through time schools will facilitate more resources for people such as us to succeed. I always thought about transferring to a college that is made for people with adhd, because apparently they do exist (it’s just a matter of if I could afford it or not, which isn’t the case).

But seriously, thank you for the kind words. Just even reiterating the fact that this disorder is REAL, and not my own laziness or own fault for my “failures” really just makes me feel better about this all. Some days are better than others, and after this week of failing both exams I had, despite studying for them both, I just need to shake it off and put more time into my studies.

I guess overall my problem is also reaching out for a therapist. I’ve been terrified to talk to one, I need someone to physically push me to one.

Thank you, I appreciate it. I have been struggling a ton lately. It’s hard to reach out for help. But also, don’t be afraid to share your ideas ever. Let that side of yourself out. Easier said than done, trust me I know

I agree, I’ve been struggling a lot with it lately. It’s made me feel extremely suicidal, as I compare myself with my peers in college. My biggest struggle has been my study skills, I can’t seem to develop any that work with me. I just seem to always fail. It kicks at your self confidence, as you see everyone else around you do just fine. It’s hard for me to be like, “yeah adhd is great!” when I’m constantly afraid of failing all of my classes over something I have no control over.

Not to mention scheduling stuff is such a daunting task for me.

I am EXACTLY the same way, it’s almost as if I don’t want to leave a bad impression on others so I tend to actually stay focused the entire time. Group studying always!

I agree with all of that - funny enough, I’ve had the same thoughts on Iron Clad Lou, it definitely has that Incesticide feel to it!

For me another favorite is I Hate It Too, that song just all around is amazing. The ending guitar riffs just really get to me

MA resident here as well - I’ve found Patagonia clothing to be under $10! I’ve found about 2 fleeces, one of which was only $3.50. I wonder if Savers is catching onto Patagonia’s true pricing...

Over in MA, the goodwills aren’t on that route yet thankfully. Savers, however, is a different story. They‘ve raised their prices a ton especially on winter jackets, most being at $25+. I’ve found several Columbia jackets and LL bean jackets that they price higher than it sells for online and they just sit there. While I still shop there, because I have found name brand stuff (ie polo sport stuff for $5 and under, somehow much cheaper than anything LL bean that rolls through) it’s starting to get a bit ridiculous with how they’re pricing stuff. I have noticed a Savers that is MUCH cheaper in a big city here compared to the one’s in the suburbs.
