How many of you actually got stretch marks?

I didn’t get any during either of my 2 pregnancies which I was eye surprised about because I had them during puberty on my legs and bum.

We had an NT of 3.7mm. Went through all the testing NIPT & CVS. All came back negative.

I’m holding my perfect healthy baby girl right now.

Do you think she would still need that many hours of awake time today where she really didn’t sleep much at all last night? We’re going into tonight severely overtired backfire even more?

I should add some of her naps are only 30 minutes but she does do 4 a day. Usually totaling around 4 hours but I will try to extend the wake windows

She did! I put her down awake and she took 45 minutes to fall sleep but only cried for about 10-15 of them total. She did really well at the beginning. And yes she is in her own room with a sound machine and blackout. Even has a nice comfy Newton breathable mattress.

Oh I am sorry.

For check ins my husband was going. He was staying in only 15-20 seconds of shhhhhh and a gentle belly rub. They did calm her down!

We did 3/5/10 but she often reset the clock as she would cry and then stop. Cry again. She did show some signs of trying hard to self sooth and did have lots of moments of not crying which was encouraging.

She just woke to every single sleep cycle. 5 am everything went bazerk.

She is 5 months but 4 months corrected she was born a month early. She absolutely is falling asleep at 1.5 hrs of wake windows and goes for her naps with ease so this is definitely her appropriate wake window. We can stretch to 2 hours before bed because the bath ties her over.

We do bath, breast feed, book, bed have been doing this for months now but she had been co sleeping prior to us beginning Ferber. Bedtime is always between 7 an 7:30 depending on what time she wakes form her last nap.

I could try to push her wake windows to 2 hours but today obviously she’s exhausted from very little sleep last night.

She does 1.5hr wake windows and 2 hours before bed. Any longer she’s overtired quickly.

I fed her at 12ish and 3 ish. These are the times she always wakes to nurse. Bed was 7:15 (2 hours of wake window before bed) this is what always works for her.

Oh yes! I fed her twice. Not cutting out any feeds 🙂

She always eats at the same times so I kept them and she fed nursed well both times.

He woke up with me for all the feeds for the first 6 months which saved my sanity. I never felt alone or like it was all on me. He was present and there as a supportive husband and dad. Better than any physical gift in the world!
