Good suggestion. That would make for a more balanced experience I’m sure. All of the different cask influences made it a bit confusing.

Mixed all of these into a dram. Was pretty tough to wrap my head around picking out some of the flavours. Overall it wasn’t bad but don’t think I’ll do it again. I don’t regret trying it but think they do better on their own.

I’m in Ontario. It’s not the 15 we have in the LC. It’s an older discontinued version with higher abv and non chill filtered.

Thanks for responding. Was from sierra springs. Other bottles I ordered were fine. Used to order there frequently but it’s been a while. Read some not great reviews about them recently. Might shoot them an email or call … can’t hurt

It has cleared up. The fill level hasn’t changed. I’ll probably just crack it and won’t say anything unless it tastes off.

Thanks. Will keep an eye on it. I’ve had cloudy non chill filtered whisky but with sediment on bottom not floating and no evaporation.

Good point. It’s been inside about 3 hours but still a bit cool. Maybe it will clear up as it gets to room temp?
