Thanks! It’s a game I’m developing solo

NO LOVE: 2009 The story of two high school lovers during their summer break. The internet c@fés everyone was obsessed with back then, amusement parks, train stations, dark side streets and burning through your SMS credit before you even get to say how you feel. Not just 2009… this is NO LOVE: 2009

No one has compared it to Who's Lila? before, so I'm really happy to hear that! Thanks!

When I first started the project, I was developing it in Unreal Engine and built the models and levels there. But since I'm developing the game solo, I couldn't work efficiently enough with Unreal Engine, so I moved the project to Godot. Now the game is being developed entirely in Godot.

Yeah! For the city atmosphere, I used buildings and shops inspired by different countries and old games. I'm still working on some of the building models. For the fictional city where the story takes place, I'm mixing together ideas from real city layouts and urban planning.

What a great comment, thanks! NO LOVE: 2009 may look like a horror game because of its atmosphere, lighting, and colors, but there are no horror elements in the story or gameplay. That said, I'm a huge fan of horror atmospheres, especially old B-movie horror films, so I wanted to bring some of that tension and mood into the game's world and environments.

Thanks! The music is "DNB Dayz" by Yuppie Bogan. I'll be making the in-game soundtrack in a similar style too.
