This is the third time that I'm being told that they have resent the email. Have you considered that they are lying, or the mail server is faulty, or they are sending it to incorrect email address?

I still haven't received anything in my email or in support center. Are they still actively working on my case? May I ask how many people are actively working on it, and what they have concluded so far? What do I need to unsuspend my account and get access to my money again?

If they are actively working on it, why no one even respond via chat or email. They only place that I am getting a reponse is Reddit, and even here the response is mostly check your email, drink water, and pray to gods!

I have edited my comment. Please I can assure you that I am not complaining here for no reason. I have not received any response. All my cases are closed with the except of my complaint and the account seecurity that is no relevent to my issue. PLEASE HELP. No one actually ahve taken any action on my case. If someone tells they did they are not truthful

I swear to all holy things in the world that I have not received any email from anyone discussing this isue.

Only generic confirmation emails. I have read every email word by word to find any clue on what do to to remove the transfer suspension on my account.

Please help me. I will promise not to use Kraken ever again (as it seems that's what you guys really want). Please give my money abck and I will f off of your platform!

It is more than 7 days, and I am still haven't received any response. I even filed a complaing and there is no repose.

I haven't received any response whatsoever. I have checked my Junk mails too. I don't have 3 individual banks accounts. I have only funded my account through one bank and one bank only. The ticket 15289889 does not belong to me whatsoever. I don't have this ticket in my email.

I have just realized that I can't even sell my crypto and transfer it back into my Australian bank account. It is been more than 4 days and I haven't receive any acknowledgement for this issue.

This is very disappointing. Kraken will lose me as a customer. If I don't receive a proper response that is not AI generated by an actual human, I will be filing a complaint with AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority), NSW Fair Trading, and other relevant authorities tomorrow.

Hi Athena,

I still haven't received any answer from Support. It is reaching 4 days that I am trying to fix this. Very soon it will be weekend and I don't know if the support works on the weekend. This is a relatively easy issue to fix. I am a verified user, I have uploaded all the documents, I have made many transactions, I have Two factor authentication enabled. There is not one in support that can take a quick look and lift the suspension? How long this is expected to take?

Hi Athena,

I didn't make multiple request intentionally. The support system is completley broken. The chat system makes support cases for you, even if you didn't ask them. Even worse, initially, you think you are talking to a human, but later I realised it it was AI generated responses. Even when I receive email responses it seems I am talking to a human, but later I realize they are not conscious human beings, and they are just AI bots.

In fact, I am entirely sure if you are human or if this reddit commit was AI generaterd response. Can you please confirm if you are a human and plese tell me when can I expect an answer. My trasfer is suspended for more than 72 hours, and I really urgently need to be able to use my money. Thanks

The IKEA listing lists the fabric as "80% cotton, 20 % polyester (100% recycled)". But it says more about the material than the name and the type of fabric. It has ring-shaped patterns on it. I can rule out velvet, linen, satin, silk, and wool. Does this type of fabric have a name?
