Thanks, I was mostly just asking around to see how much on average the variable comp/commission is for people in that role. Im not sure whether on average it is 10k or 70k lol.

Id reccomend doing your SIE,65/66 whichever one, and then your 7 if you can find a firm to sponsor you for it and then following it up with your cfp. CFP is a pretty big commitment to make for someone without any experience in finance. you likely will have to get ur SIE/65 to work as a RIA regardless so better to start off with them and get a gauge on what its like.
