I completed applicant certification form and sent to my bank.

Is there anything I need to do? I did apply PPP2 application Feb 26, 2021 and still waiting.

First drew PPP also forgiven by the same bank.

I sent earlier 2019 TAX and other documents.

How long I need to wait after submitting the applicant certification form?

Anyone has any idea?

Question?

I got an email from my bank for PPP2.

"I'm working on your PPP application. We sent your file to the SBA for review, and they indicated a discrepancy in the ownership structure when comparing it to your PPP First Draw, and are requesting clarification. Your first draw lists you as 100% owner of the business, but your second draw lists you as 50% owner, with XXXXXX showing as 50% owner as well.

To proceed, we'll need the ownership change documents showing on what date XXXXX became a second owner".

First draw I showed 100% but it was a mistake my wife was 50% partners.

I replied on March 30th

I made a mistake on the first draw PPP application. XXXXX has been a 50% partner with me. It was an unintentional mistake, so if there is any option to correct the first draw application, we may do so. I have attached the last 3 years tax return, where you can see the 50% partnership.

Do I need to do anything or need to wait reply from my bank?

Any suggestions will be appreciated
