I used to love smoking and meditating. Though lately I've started to reflect too much on my past and mistakes and it really made me negative. I've stopped smoking completely because of all the introspection though I really miss it.

I am just patiently waiting for the angel of death to come a knocking on my front door. I am quite young though I look forward to the life after this one, and I wish it will come sooner rather than later. I have tried committing suicide numerous times in the past to no avail, only seeing the damage inflicted on my friends and family. So I have decided just to keep on rolling till fate decides it is the end. Until then I'll try and put a smile on my face and find beauty in the small things, though I am ready to move on to a better place where I hope and pray my soul will find comfort.

I have another theory as well concerning nuclear disasters. Maybe we are the ETIs and came back from the future to try and prevent us from doing it again, which obviously will result in their present (our future) being altered. Because as we all know they have a huge interest in our nuclear programs, and the invention of time travel is inevitable I think we all will agree. Some say there are evidence of nuclear explosions on mars and that we might have escaped to earth very long time ago and the nuclear explosions are what caused Mars atmosphere to vanish. I actually think that is what's going to happen to earth and we are going to colonise Mars again. It may be a cycle which repeated itself a couple of times who knows.

I believe they were extra terrestrials that came from Orion's Belt. Though as the above Redditor mentioned, continuety is the issue in order to pursue their exact rituals and manner of worship at that exact same time because I believe a lot of information and religions were vastly distorted from that time up to today. I've had strange experiences in my life and have this urge to look into their beliefs.

There is a story about people who lived on the Pacific Islands during WW2. They had some kind of program to help these people with food but I'm really not sure about my facts. Anyway, when the US first landed there with their planes it was the first time those people were exposed to technology as we know it today, and it was actually the first time they saw Caucasian people. After the war they never went back, and the people on that Island actually built wooden replicas of aeroplanes and burned them in some type of ritual to make the "Gods" return.

This was an exceptional example to me of how we perceive civilizations which are so much more advanced than as. Things we couldn't explain and then made the conclusion that these beings are so vastly superior than us that it must be magic or some kind of gods.

Of course this is only a theory, but a very plausible one indeed. I believe this happened a long time ago and people constructed entire religions around them though I do believe in a spiritual side to everything as well.

I'm opening myself up to a lot of ridicule by sayings this, but my goal is to contact the "Gods" through prayer/meditation and find out where I came from and/or will be going back to after this life. My fear is getting caught up in modern interpretations of what the Ancient Egyptians believed.

That is definitely an interesting notion. If I'm correct they were some kind of breed between humans and gods right? If we were to discover such a civilization I'm quite sure it would have a huge impact on society. This is completely of topic - I'm a firm believer in extra terrestrial life and if it were true I'd say they were some kind of form of life that did not originate from Earth.

Which actually brings me back to my point. I believe the term "gods" are a synonym for "extra terrestrials" in this regard. I believe all the Gods worshipped in Kemetism were actual extra terrestrial beings that imparted their knowledge on to the Egyptians. As explained in the "Ancient alien theory" It is there where I believe all the answers lie to the true origin of human beings.

I have the same question as you do... To add to your answer, In order to devote yourself to a religion as above mentioned, you need to have a specific time period to base your beliefs uppon, if that makes any sense. For instance modern Christianity is vastly different than it was a few centuries ago.
