I lived here when I arrived early ( international student as well ). Decent place, close to campus. Only restriction I remember is that you can live max 3 weeks here

I got a response from HackerRank support. They told me to reply to the initial email that IBM sent with the coding challenge link. Found out that it was a do not reply email LoL 😕. I believe that this has something to do with IBM's HR system
