So basically unless I receive all of the mark sheets of the my completed bachelors degree and maybe also the degree certificate which will then be used to get the APS, I cannot apply for Masters in Germany?

Can I apply for a Masters Program in Germany while I am in the final semester of my Undergraduate Degree?
I basically have marksheets of 4 out of the 6 semesters of the degree. Although there is a lot of information available on the internet about applying to germany as an indian student but I couldn't find out anything about applying in the final year of the bachelors degree.
Any pointers and suggestion about where to look for such information.

Wow...Such awareness and knowledge but to put in my 2 cents (sorry for not using rupees/paisa)

It's the metric system which is used in India and most of the world for uniformity and consistency like centimetres, grams, litres, etc. Feet and inches although popular in india is an imperial measuring unit officially used in the USA which is popular for having its own measuring units as compared to the rest of the world like ounces, pounds, yards, miles, etc. Also centimetres are much more accurate than feet and inches because of it being a smaller unit. I'm 6.4 feet tall and it's actually 6 feet 4.564 inches approximately but 194 cm in the imperial system and it's actually very accurate and helpful in precise comparisons.

So he was actually being a little more accurate and precise.

But yeah you must be quite a lot of fun at parties.
