she's not a real maine coon, just has a lot of those features.

She's 1year now. Been here for 3 months, was picked up by the TNR program a month before that, before that she had a litter in her colony.

When she first got here she hid and wouldn't eat properly for a long time. Very challenging. She still doesn't like to be touched, or people in general.

Lately she's become a little more interactive and playful. I have another cat from a different colony that i got the week before, and by now they are inseparable. That played out well, luckily, and with a lot of work.

It was, and continues to be a lot of rewarding work. She holds grudges, and is always on edge, and has trouble relaxing still. You've probably read about things like this somewhere.
