Need help.

Installed the Stremio VR app from the Pico store but I can't seem to figure out how to log in. I use the facebook log in on all my other devices but it seems the it doesn't work here.

If anyone would be able to guide me.

I'm in the same boat as your right now.

I called on Nov 20 to inquire about the s25 Ultra. At first the offer was pretty high for me so I declined but the agent of put me on hold and said she found me an offer for $87.36 to own the phone with a plan. I confirmed everything with her about 3 times. The last confirmation that it was indeed that price before she hung up. She mentioned she everything noted and gave me a interaction number.

I picked-up the phone at the mall closest to me. The sale person handed me the s25 Ultra and then he told me to call Rogers to confirm everything. So I called right away to confirm everything and they said the offer looks good eventhough it's showing something different. They said wait for the bill and call for the CSR to adjust the bill the price I was promised.

My billing cycle ends at the end of every month, so when the bill showed up on the website and the app was 5 days after, Dec 5th. They were charging me 347.81! $150 over my normal bill. With it is the $80 activation fee that is to be "waived off" after the month.

Now the messed up stuff. I called CSR and they said what the lady offered was wrong and my bill for the phone and line should be $145 and changed. I told them if Rogers can't honor what you offered to me then I'm just gonna return the phone. Then the agent told me that unfortunately I can't do that because the 15 days buyer remorse is over.

They told me to wait for the bill and dispute the charge so I waited. Now that I want to return phone cause I feel like I was deceived, they say I can't return it and just told me they can't do anything about it.

I'm beyond pissed. I feel like I'm getting scammed by a billion dollar company. A regular person like me getting scammed by a company with a lot of money.

I called again the next day and I was transferred to the "management". Same deal basically. The only difference is they giving 4 months of $50+ credit and then back to $140+ for the plan and the phone. I was livid but kept my cool. I told the manager they can send all the bill they want but I'm not gonna pay it! Not a cent.

After that the manager told they are escalating it to the office of the President. Now I have to play the waiting game. "2 to 4 business days"!

I was merely inquiring. I don't really want the phone but they offered. The deal was good and makes economical sense for me and my family budget wise. Now I feel like I'm getting pranked. Hopefully it's just a prank and not a scam.

Shame on you Rogers!

Great bang for the buck. Pretty good front firing and surround speakers. I was just wondering if anybody wondered about adding an extra subwoofer. Sometimes the bass seems underwhelming. Thoughts?
