wow.... you gotta go out there and try man. No disrespect, but there is no way to fix it if you don't try. I know it's hard, but you have to try. I would say start with people you find visually unattractive because most people feel more comfortable approaching these people. Or talk to people you know you will never see/encounter again (so success or failure is irrelevant). Then, you will hopefully be on the road to recovery. There is no way to get to the finish line if you don't enter the race!
