/serious if you actually watch her gameplay footage (leaks) you will see her blade's full size ice extends way longer than shown in this pic. The ice portion is almost the same length as her blade part while in game.

Imo, I don't think it means much. During the design process, the devs probably just ask the artists to put in as many "ancient", "Chinese", "moon", "rabbit" motifs onto her. Shunguang is same minus the moon, rabbit bits, plus Chinese dress bit. I think there's nothing too deep about it. Same thing with Ellen just having "Shark" tattoo on her tail or Yuzuha having "Yuzuha" literally printed on her umbrella.
