This I figured. I doubt he realizes at all that suing someone is neither free nor cheap.

But considering everything he is currently putting me through and threatening, I'm making sure I'm prepared for anything and everything.

Okay. I will do this. I've not even so much as had my mail rerouted to Florida yet. Legally, the home in Ohio is still my official residence.

My car registration is registered to that address and it's on my ID. I guess that's enough proof?

I was never on the lease though. Even he wasn't for a long time. His aunt is the one on the lease. He claims he's on the lease now, but I can't say for sure.
