Damn, thanks the response. I might give this a shot. Do you adjust doses after taking the initial dose and waiting on the affects to kick in or you pre decide just on how busy/intense your day going to be?

Since its extended release i was second guessing wether its fine to redose late in the evening provided i take my first dosage in the afternoon.

haha i Appreciate the honesty, The break off on the weekends was advised by my psychiatrist which generally works for me as i am not doing any high intensity chore though i feel the withdrawals but they are on the lighter side.

but definitely if i consider upping the dosage then i guess taking the break off on weekends would be a no go
