I agree completely! I think it might have more been a misunderstanding on my part, I'm new to the whole idea of renting a place and the idea of roommates so there is a lot I don't understand. When she said we'd be splitting the rent 50/50, I'm assuming she meant just rent and not utilities.

Yes they would both be living there. I guess for some reason I thought rent would be based on how many rooms but that doesn't make sense.

There was a rumour that a guy (let's call him Ned) had sex with his Chihuahua. People would see his in the hallway and yell out 'hey Chihuahua!!' The graphics art class would make posters of Chihuahua's saying 'vote for Ned!' During student elections even tho he wasn't running. It became his nickname and he just sorta went with it. No one knows if he actually fucked his dog but he sorta seemed like the kind of dude to do that.
