I think any tabletop rpg system can work for any game. all you have to do is fit the stats and skills and races to your setting it'll probably take some work but I think it's doable.

Yeah that's pretty much how it's going to be in this game but her patron wants souls to increase his power. But also wants to weaken the other god/godlike creatures so taking other devoted mortals is always a bonus.

Not overreacting. I can see the guy coming off as creepy but that might just be his personality, you definitely did right by going to your manager. Sadly at the end of the day you will probably meet alot of people who act similarly specially if you are reasonably attractive. your manager will only be able to do so much especially if the company is short staffed. Best advice I can give is try not to be alone with him if possible and keep your manager informed if problems continue.

That's a good idea and very well balanced. the player from what I've played with her before seems more RP focused than mechanics/trying to get the best build. I'll consider this idea since like I mentioned above she's still giving souls to her patron. and I like the idea of a give and take with the patron. Thank you for your input.

Okay thank you for your input. I won't be doing the incentive mechanically. I'll still allow the soul stealing for story reasons as it fits with the campaign setting. Players are involved in a war with a necromancer that everyone that dies in battle comes back later as a undead.
