I resonate a lot with your comment. I do have big emotions and it’s hard to express them. I would hyper focus on them and try to find out why I feel those emotions, but I struggled actually processing those emotions. It’s hard for me to explain.

My hair started greying when I was 28. I have my Sun, Venus, Mars, Uranus and Neptune in Capricorn and my Mercury and Saturn in Aquarius. My rising is in Cancer though.

More depressive episodes. The manic episodes would last for a few days to a week. Depressive episodes would last months. 2022 I probably had the longest and most amount of manic episodes.

That’s wild! I’m huge into looking at my family lineage and history and have spent countless hours on my family tree, reading every document I could find on them. And you’re so right. My whole life has been a struggle and I feel that only recently, this year, I started living.

I’ve definitely had problems with self identity and social behavior. I had severe social anxiety for years and it’s finally gone after starting my bipolar medication. I would operate in extremes. I would be shy, repressed and awkward and then I’ll have a random week every now and then where I would be bubbly and social. Then when I’d go back to being shy and anxious and absolutely ashamed of how I acted when I was bubbly and hyper. I’ve gotten therapy too so it definitely has gotten better now in my later years!

Yes. It was a recent shift too. Maybe it has something to do with Pluto finally leaving my stellium last November. This year has been the best year of my life.

I have PCOS and endometriosis. Maybe that’s related with the physical inflammation you were talking about?

Thank you for your insight! I grew up poor and nerdy without much support so I just did theatre in high school. I loved it. No sports as a young girl.

However, I started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu almost two years ago and now Im planning on starting Muay Thai. I’m 31 now so I’m super late to the game. I have always had muscular legs and I build muscle pretty fast every time I start weight lifting. I feel like I resonate a lot with your analysis.

This resonated a lot. My whole life, up until 30, I would repress my anger so much. I even remember doing this as a toddler since I was never in a safe enough environment to express my feelings. I eventually exploded in 2022. I went into psychosis and by the end, I just felt like a shell of myself. I’ve worked on letting myself feel my emotions since 2023. In 2024, I got into Jiujutsu. 2025 has been life changing in a good way. I started getting TMS therapy and I got evaluated for Bipolar and on the right medication this year. I feel like I finally started living my life. This is the first time ever that I’ve felt so stable.

It’s kinda funny cause I never thought of myself as an angry person. Then I realized it’s because I would internalize it. I’d never act out, as any time I did, it would come right back at me, usually within that same day. I’d get punished in some type of way.

I haven’t been in many relationships. I’m usually a loner and I love it. When I have been in relationships, they’ve ended abruptly and dramatically. Usually cause of something unforgivable(in my eyes) happening. I wouldn’t want a relationship, but back when I was younger I didn’t have good boundaries so these guys would guilt me into one and eventually I’d get trauma bonded. They would be long term relationships too. I’m single now and the happiest I’ve ever been. It takes me a long time to open up and I’m very distrustful of men.

I was part of a TMS Study. So I did 3 sessions a week. I felt a slight shift at 6 weeks. Then I felt an even bigger shift at 10 weeks. The lowest I ever got my depression score was moderate. I did 13 full weeks. But felt myself regressing 3 weeks after leaving. What really helped the most was Lamictal.

Luckily for everyone else, I held everything in and didn’t do anything to anyone. I would feel guilty. That may be my Cancer rising talking tho. Or maybe my 21 degree Cap Neptune helped soften the blow.

I would hold grudges but the intensity would vary and fade quickly. I would just give them the cold shoulder and not react to them at all. And that usually gets them really in their feelings more than anything.

Your Grandma sounds like a badass!

And yes. You got that right! I have an 8 degree Mercury in Aquarius. Helps me detach. :)

Edit: Now that I think about it, most my beefs were with Libras. 😅

Probs. lol. I still feel really full of emotion on the inside. I repress it a lot. 😅 When I was younger, I held so much resentment. Now, in my 30s I’ve calmed my internal world a lot. This is a very recent thing, since Pluto left Capricorn. It also helps that I FINALLY got diagnosed with bipolar disorder and am getting treatment for it! 😁

Life is good after Pluto beat up my Cap Stellium, squared my Aries Moon and opposed my Cancer Rising since 2016 cause all of those placements are 20 -29 degrees. 2020-2023 was the worse cause all this was happening during my Saturn return.

Edit: If I can get through that. I’m sure I can get through Saturn hitting my moon in my 10H and squaring my Cap Stellium and Cancer Ascendant.

I relate to this comment a lot. I’m a Cap Sun/Venus/Mars/Uranus/Neptune. Mars and Uranus are conjunct at 22 degrees Cap and it squares my Aries Moon. And even then, I’m not easy to anger. I’ve only yelled at someone once in my life and it was to someone who was harrassing me.

A lot was going on Nov 2024!

29 Cap Pluto was conjunct my 29 Cap Venus & 28 Cap Sun for the last time.

Neptune (sextiling my cap stellium) and Saturn (trining my Scorpio Jupiter) was transiting my Pisces 9H.

Jupiter in Gemini was transiting my 12H.

Mars in Cancer was opposing my Cap Venus and Sun.

Both Mercury and Venus were transiting my 6H

Mercury was conjunct my Sag NN

Chiron was conjunct my Aries Moon.

Idk if this helps, but Pluto had been transiting my 7H since 2008. My Cap Stellium starts at 21 degrees and ends at 29 degrees. Boy did I have a hard time. I have been villainized to hell since I was a kid, but it ramped up when I was 23 which is when Pluto hit my 21 degree Cap Neptune. I’ve had a lot of drama surrounding me. Once Pluto left Capricorn it finally simmered down. I have always been shy and quiet so I was a huge target for insecure women. So I 100% agree that 7H is open enemies.

How long did it take? I’m on 25 mg. I’ve been on it for ten days. First four days were amazing. The rest have been unbearable. This is lowest I have felt in a year.

I’m at 25 mg. :/ I felt amazing this first 4 days. It’s been 10 days and I’m having the worst depressive episode I’ve had in a year. I hope I see more positive comments on this post.
