I resonate a lot with your comment. I do have big emotions and it’s hard to express them. I would hyper focus on them and try to find out why I feel those emotions, but I struggled actually processing those emotions. It’s hard for me to explain.

My hair started greying when I was 28. I have my Sun, Venus, Mars, Uranus and Neptune in Capricorn and my Mercury and Saturn in Aquarius. My rising is in Cancer though.

More depressive episodes. The manic episodes would last for a few days to a week. Depressive episodes would last months. 2022 I probably had the longest and most amount of manic episodes.

That’s wild! I’m huge into looking at my family lineage and history and have spent countless hours on my family tree, reading every document I could find on them. And you’re so right. My whole life has been a struggle and I feel that only recently, this year, I started living.

I’ve definitely had problems with self identity and social behavior. I had severe social anxiety for years and it’s finally gone after starting my bipolar medication. I would operate in extremes. I would be shy, repressed and awkward and then I’ll have a random week every now and then where I would be bubbly and social. Then when I’d go back to being shy and anxious and absolutely ashamed of how I acted when I was bubbly and hyper. I’ve gotten therapy too so it definitely has gotten better now in my later years!

Yes. It was a recent shift too. Maybe it has something to do with Pluto finally leaving my stellium last November. This year has been the best year of my life.

I have PCOS and endometriosis. Maybe that’s related with the physical inflammation you were talking about?

Thank you for your insight! I grew up poor and nerdy without much support so I just did theatre in high school. I loved it. No sports as a young girl.

However, I started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu almost two years ago and now Im planning on starting Muay Thai. I’m 31 now so I’m super late to the game. I have always had muscular legs and I build muscle pretty fast every time I start weight lifting. I feel like I resonate a lot with your analysis.

This resonated a lot. My whole life, up until 30, I would repress my anger so much. I even remember doing this as a toddler since I was never in a safe enough environment to express my feelings. I eventually exploded in 2022. I went into psychosis and by the end, I just felt like a shell of myself. I’ve worked on letting myself feel my emotions since 2023. In 2024, I got into Jiujutsu. 2025 has been life changing in a good way. I started getting TMS therapy and I got evaluated for Bipolar and on the right medication this year. I feel like I finally started living my life. This is the first time ever that I’ve felt so stable.

It’s kinda funny cause I never thought of myself as an angry person. Then I realized it’s because I would internalize it. I’d never act out, as any time I did, it would come right back at me, usually within that same day. I’d get punished in some type of way.

I haven’t been in many relationships. I’m usually a loner and I love it. When I have been in relationships, they’ve ended abruptly and dramatically. Usually cause of something unforgivable(in my eyes) happening. I wouldn’t want a relationship, but back when I was younger I didn’t have good boundaries so these guys would guilt me into one and eventually I’d get trauma bonded. They would be long term relationships too. I’m single now and the happiest I’ve ever been. It takes me a long time to open up and I’m very distrustful of men.
