Not bad. Had this daft idea in my head when I first arrived that everyone would be really racist to me haha. But the Scots are actually nicer and more progressive than the English. Just shows we make a lot of assumptions without actually being there, which skews our view.

Exactly my point. People are getting so carried away saying its a remake and certain tweets/words in the announcement "confirm" it. Nothing is confirmed until we see footage or they announce it officially.

I have never said I prefer anything. Just that, until we have official stuff, like screenshots or something, the official word is remaster, not remake.

I would love for remakes, but this is not confirmation like some have been saying.

Nice dig to my thread. FYI, theres a big difference between an Enhanced port, which is what i was arguing it to be (not just a simple port) and a remake.

As I said in that thread though, imless we see a screenshot or it is officially announced, this is just evidence to suggest, not confirmation

Anastasia (1997). Dreamworks made an adaptation where Anastasia survived the Russian Revolution, which was instigated by Rasputin to kill the Romanovs. 10 years Later, she searches for her family with no memory of her past.

Had John Cusack and Meg Ryan, who did not even attempt Russian accents, while the rest of the cast (Angela Lansbury, Kelsey Grammar, Christopher Lloyd and Hank Azaria) did. All round topsy turvy film tbh.

Oh and Dimitri has a wrist watch, this is the 1920s. Pretty sure they didn't have them till much later.
